Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non refundable and can ONLY be used for the original date booked. Deposits are not TRANSFERABLE to a secondary party or for a later date. You have a 10 min grace period ex: your appt is 1 pm; you have until 1:10 pm and a $10.00 service fee will apply if not prompt and after the 15th min your makeup appt is automatically canceled.
