Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable and can only be use for the original service date booked. Deposits are not transferable to future service dates or secondary party. You have a 10 min grace period; example if your appt is 1pm you have until 1:10pm, after 10 mins a $10.00 service fee will apply.
